Project of the day
I have seen them all over the internet. Bloggers and crafters creating beautiful home decour and other crafts using of all things toilet paper tubes. I decided today would be a good time for me to make something out of them. Save the landfill. lol
I saw a post on Pinterest from Shabbychicinspired.blogspot.com and fell in love with the spools she had created to organize her collection of beautiful vintage lace. Since I have shop I thought I might create a spool with a lovely sentiment that could be sold in my giftshop. I used Graphic 45 papers and a stamp set that I received from Cardmaking Magazine called Sew Pretty.
I hope you enjoy looking at my Vintage Shabby Chic Spools.

New Year, New Blog, New Post.
This is a wood Treasure Chest that I altered for my friend's daughter for Christmas. The chest is from Michaels. The paper I used was from K & Company "Life's Journey". I hope you will come back to visit me. I will be posting some of my cards later this week as well as sharing my version of Mary's Holiday Recipe Book. You can find Mary's blog at http://cardztv.blogbpot.com. Be sure to stop by and get to know this talented and sweet lady. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day.
